Fintech
Moneytree is a personal money management app that aggregates information from your bank accounts in realtime. Starting out at the frontend side, I helped convert a large Angular codebase to React. After that, I had the chance to work on internal projects leveraging various parts of AWS including Lambda and Alexa.
Cogent Labs (Tokyo)

Artificial Intelligence
Cogent Labs is an AI company converting handwritten Japanese characters to digital text using deep learning. I worked as a web and mobile engineer, allowing scanning of handwritten text using just a smartphone.
CouchCommerce (Germany)

E-commerce
CouchCommerce (now Newstore) was an e-commerce startup that created a mobile app that allowed webshop owners to quickly have a mobile app. I worked as a frontend engineer pushing the limits of HTML5 when responsive design was not yet mainstream.
